      I managed to lose 1 lb. Had a vist from Auntie flow last night so I will blame it on her. Hopefully i will be under the 260 next week.

            I am extremely disappointed. I am up to 187. No cheats but no exercise since I have been battling a nasty cold AGAIN. I can not believe I went up 3 pounds :"(

                  Happy with the loss, especially since TOM is here, but excited for all the weight lifting to catch up with me on the scale next week!

                  Great job to EVERYONE this week! I know how frustrating it is to see a gain or no loss on the scales, hang in there, it will happen!

                        Sooo..I have recently acquired the Carmen Electra Aerobic Striptease workout video. I am going to try it out tonight, I figured it would be a lot of fun and hopefully will help me switch up my cardio some.
                        Any experience with this workout? I can't wait!

                              Thanks girl! I'm on a serious mission to lose as much weight as I can before my surgery on the 18th of this month!

                              I may also have to check Miss Thang out (Carmen)...My maid of honor bought the stripper pole, and now she is having a hard time finding the video--where'd you get it?
