        Seriously girlfriend???? You have got to get that butt in gear! You've got a goal to meet......ease your way into it... start out by doin 15 min at a time--them work your way up.. just get movin and do something-- that's when all the whooshies appear!

              Here are my revised stats. Down 6 pounds during my first week of Induction. I know it was water, and such rapid weight loss will not continue. That's OK! I'm realistic, motivated, and ready for the Challenge.

                So, I will post my weight and measurements tomorrow morning, but I will post these pictures tonight. They are really low q, I took them with my phone in a hurry before exercising today. In true Biggest Loser fashion I am in a sports bra and tights and it is really embarrassing I am the pink team it seems lol and I am working out with Jillian - I have the 30 day shred DVD I am really into this challenge, can you tell?!

                mini goal 1: 175
                mini goal 2: 158 - this is where my BMI starts being normal

                GOAL 1: 145 - this is the weight I will be happy with! Then, I'll take it slowly from there...
                GOAL 2: 130ish? I first set my goal at 118, but realized it might be just a bit low...

                  Last season I watched the first show saying to myself, "I'll do the challenge, too!"... and then didn't
                  (I was so glad that Michelle won, btw!! She's gorgeous!)
                  But this season I'm sooo going to be a Biggest Loser too!!

                  I'll take some pics and measurements tonight (yikes!) and weigh tomorrow.

                  Thanks for hosting this challenge - it'll be great!

                  FYI Iyshiaf: the beautiful city in CrusierGal's pic is my home town - Vancouver, BC Canada. I love it here!

                              Congrats on the six lbs ya kicked during induction! You never know, the losses may continue on... when I started in '05, I lost no less than 20lbs a month every month for 6 months straight I had to slow it down myself!

                                Tangotori (Vickie): You're right the picture was taken in Vancouver, when I was visiting my niece & nephew. My daughter lived in Victoria for 4 years, so we visited both places many times and loved them both. Good Luck in the Challenge and to all. We're all here to support eachother.
