      Ok, so I get in my elliptical workout, and before I can jump in the shower, the job calls..... can I come in from 3AM-11AM today, instead of 7AM-3PM---the time is now 9:30-ish or later, and I've had ZERO sleep! I say yes... had to jump in the shower and high-tail it to bed...got less than 3 hours sleep, and I'm here at work now, for an 8 hour shift....needless to say, no pics or measurements were taken-- due to the short-notice shift change.....so, when I get home today-- all the necessary info will be provided--finally!

      Yesterday's workout:
      1 mile--treadmill
      7 miles- elliptical
      40 min--Taebo LIve in LA Amped

        i went to the 24 hour walmart @ 3:30 am to get a tape measure lol

        so here are my stats::

        left arm : 16 1/ 2 inch
        right arm: 17 1/2 inch
        bust : 50inch
        waist : 46 inch
        left thigh :29 1/2 inch
        right thigh:28 inch
        hips 54 1/2 inch

          That'll work! I have 2 or 3 tape measures, but I'd love to invest in a new scale--one that tells body fat, water, etc. I can wait a while on that though... I've got 2 perfectly great working scales now. Although, I could give one to my mother, and buy a new one for my house...hmmmmmmmmmmmmm????

                            for the next 2 weeks my work out goals is are to do :
                            1. my yoga booty dvds 3 times this week
                            2.8 hours of cardio
                            3. 8 hours of weight training
                            4. 60 oz. of water daily
                            5. stick to induction
