    Hi barringtonswifey, I am going to do a chart today of everyone's pledges and then post an updated chart every Monday morning, unless people feel it would be more motivating to post it daily. I have no preference as i hope everyone will use this thread as motivation to accomplish this goal, so if you feel comfortable stating the days you don't get to it and the days you do that is fine. I will take all the information given every week and give an updated chart every Monday.

      Okay, I couldn't figure out how to chart it, so i had to picture it. Here is the chart for the next week. Simply post daily if you have worked out OR post when you have worked out and I will update the chart and add next week thereafter.

      GOOD LUCK AND WAKE UP FOR EXERCISE!!!!

              I couldn't find it, either, but it used to be a rule. I am probably remembering it from when I was a moderator. Jimmy Jo won't shut us down as long as there are not several challenges doing the same thing or we don't keep up with the challenge (abandon the challenge). If this challenge was a problem, you would have already heard from her.

                Okay, I just found out that Jimmy 48 is no longer the challenge coordinator and anyone can start a challenge. This happened while I was taking a break from the forum. So...we are good to go!

                I just completed my cardio before breakfast so I am 1/4 for this week. I have to do strength later in the day.

                  Most of the challenges are self-reporting--which means that we are responsible for updating our stats. Makes it much easier on you.

                  Something like this for by-the-week:

                  Barringtonswifey.. 0/4 days a week
                  Desihue............... 0/2 days per week
                  LooksDeceiving.... 0/2 days per week
                  Marlieben............. 0/4 days a week
                  nerrakgg9............ 0/3 times a week
                  Quiltkat................ 0/3 days a week
                  Slapshot............... 0/4 days per week
                  SunnySmile501..... 0/4 days a week


                  As each of us completes a day(s), we copy and paste the last update and change the day count. Since Slapshot and I have reported our first day, it would then look like this:

                  Barringtonswifey.. 0/4 days a week
                  Desihue............... 0/2 days per week
                  LooksDeceiving.... 0/2 days per week
                  Marlieben............. 0/4 days a week
                  nerrakgg9............ 0/3 times a week

                  We could make it for the whole month by changing the pledge to read:

                    Oh cool, okay we can do it that way. Thanks Sunnysmile501 (btw do you go by a shortened version lol of your nick?). I appreciate you looking into all this and helping grins yeah yeah i am a newbie when it comes to this.

                    If you don't mind can we use your examples, except make it for the whole month and have the week be how everyone is doing that week and the latter part being how everyone is doing for the month? I have edited it -- i am really excited. This way also people can join during the month by just adding their names and days and total days they have for May.

                          Hi Sunny, I am going to keep the weekly in there; but you can record whichever is easier for you. I wanted to be focused on working out during the week and add a day every month until i am doing all of my major cardio in the morning as i make too many excuses at the end of the day or work causes me to kurplunk it grins and if i don't pledge for the week and keep track i will save them all up and end up having to do 8 days straight lol and probably not do it then, which is not what i am trying to accomplish with this challenge. But people are welcome to use whichever one is easier.

                          Way to go Kath!!! You guys are going to totally be my inspiration to succeed at this!!
