  • July Squat Challenge - Sign up and report

    It is time for the the July Squat Challenge.

    Do them any way you want: a normal Squat, a plie Squat, a one legged Squat, but do them. Great way to shape up thighs and butts. I have been doing them with twist and kicks lately for a variation. Great fun.


    Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers.

            I've been trying ot add exercise to my routine and I think these challenges will definately help! I'm in for 600!

                          Because of trips at the beginning and end of the month, I'm making my numbers low. I'll say 90 squats for the month, starting at 150lbs.
