    bri - sorry, the fanny lifter [I said buster] is a two-piece step that comes with the exercise vidoes 'The Firm'. I currently use it as an end table

    mission - looks like you are doing great on your progress and I applaud you for going to the gym. I bought zumba tapes, plus many others, but just never seem to use them. Congrats on your 21# loss!

      Oh, that's not the funny part - this is. It was just made the appearance of a "fanny buster" momentarily hilarious. Not sure if a fanny lifter would be better or worse

          I forgot to sign up, but had this challenge on my calendar! I did 5 30 sec sprints on the stair climber yesterday. Will do 6 today and by the 30th, I should be able to do 15 of them.

              Sounds like a mom of four to me... if it's on the calendar, it's all good... otherwise it doesn't exist

                Thanks Barrnone.
                It does take effort first to get up and go and then to get moving trying to keep up with the others. I do feel good once I am there and after a class I am proud of myself. Most of the classes are also "fun" because of the instructors, so that is why I keep going. They say find something fun to do for exercise and you will keep doing it. Well that is half the battle.

                  mission - you are doing it, be proud of yourself.

                  I'm checking in with day 2 - I did 12 minutes on the 'fanny lifter' [I'm going to go up 2 minutes a day]. It was tough, but got thru it...hoping my 'fanny' will benefit!

                    11 minute walk around the park, accompanied by a parade of drunk students fresh into university. They'll run out of drinking money in a week, make actual friends and stop going everywhere in packs, and the neighbourhood will settle back down
