I'll be there. But it is hard to think about November already. Have to see how I do in October first. But I am going to sign up for sure. Love to work on pecs. (Well love may not be the word for it .... hmmmm)

yay. getting it going. Newbies--just do a few a day at first-on knees or regular. Do them early and get them done and add as you go. You will be surprised at how much you improve.

Oh I am so all over this....Thank you for your timely challenge. I have been waiting for the November challenges to begin (I know I can do them on my own, but do so much better with a challenge)
So, since I plan on joining more than one challenge, and I'm just starting..... Let's try 300 this month.

Just a note for anyone with back or knee problems (or who worry that they won't be able to participate because they feel they can't DO a pushup) - any type of pushup is better than NONE! Particularly for those with back or knee issues, you might start by doing pushups against a wall, a countertop, or standing at the bottom of a staircase and then pick out a stair to put your hands on and do them on that... maybe by the end of the month-long challenge you will be able to work down to a lower step!

Ok, newbie joining the challenge. I thought about waiting for 30 days before doing any challenges....but where is the fun in that.
Jumping in feet first.
I will do 300 this month. At least 10 per day.
