      OK iamran. I have added your pledge (you can do this yourself too). When you update, just go to the VERY LAST LIST of stats in the thread, copy it in your reply box and update your own numbers as you go. It's as easy as that.

        160 lbs. = the lowest I've been in years:)

          Sorry Chinadoll. Forgive me cause this is my first challenge other than the 6WEC. I wasn't paying attention and did not realize that I needed to copy and paste myself to the list. I will remember from here on out to do that for the challenges!

            Not a problem. That's what I am here for. But knowing how to do it for next time (especially the part about sticking to the last posted list) makes it quick and easy for everyone once the challenge starts. The pages can add up very quickly.

            Congratulations on joining your first challenge! I find it is a great tool to keep me accountable. I am not a big fan of push ups but should be. Taking on the host duties has definitely helped me attain my exercise goals.

                  Alright, 2 hours into the new month, I'm still up, so I got started - knocked out 60, though admittedly I did bonk my forehead on the hardwood once, LOL! Also upping my goal to 800, because if I can do 60 per session without collapsing (or causing any further forehead damage) this early in the month, I should be able to get in 3 sessions a week so 800 would be more challenging than 700.
