          Did 12 knee pushups today instead of stair pushups...since I was already on the floor! And I thought they'd be easier! Ha!! I'll see if I can keep doing them...maybe

            That is interesting Fancy. I found the stair ones much harder than knees. Maybe it depends on what step you use??? I might have to start mixing them up to see if it makes a difference.

                Hey Jill, hope you're having a wonderful, family filled Thanksgiving

                I'm not sure if it was the knee pushups or just the damp weather, but my hands were so very sore today at work! I do have arthritis in the large thumb joints, but today it was bothersome enough to get my close attention I was wishing for some pain killers, and that's not me. So I'm going to try mixing them up, do half stair pushups and half knee pushups. For my knee pushups, I get myself set up by "assuming" the top of the pushup/plank position on my toes, then just drop my knees to the floor and go down from there. Doing it that way helps prevent the "bum in the air" position

                We'll see tomorrow, how it feels, eh? Have a great evening

                  I can actually do them pretty straight body, but you are right about the wrists. I bought push up stands that takes the strain off the wrists when I do knee push ups. Maybe that's why I thought they were easier.
