    LOL, its 120 every other day and it IS broken down into sets! Although I appreciate the Wonder Woman reputation I am getting! I have gone from knees to 45 degrees on stairs to 30 degrees--but I still can't do full down and full up. By the last 2 sets I am only going down about halfway and then the body and arms shake.

      Too bad you guys injured yourselves, Ozlover and fluffyman. Do make sure you take the time to heal properly. I've injured my shoulder in the past, just using too heavy a weight...it was extremely annoying to have to wait 6 weeks for it to heal. Now I'm really tuned into how my body parts are working when I exercise. I still haven't attempted a full from the toes pushup, just cause I don't want to disappoint myself, but I will get there, eventually

            I am with you fancy--I don't care if it takes 6 months to get to the "real" pushups, I would rather go slow than strain something and put myself out of commission--not that I am finding the step push ups easy! LOL
