Wow, it's November already! Well, we need to keep those ABS strong all year round so here we go again!
This challenge is open to everyone and there is no cut-off date for joining.
You can do any type of abs exercise you wish including sit-ups, leg-ups, knee-ins, stability ball or any of the exercise machines for abs.
Just add your name to the list alphabetically and tell us how many movements you pledge to do. Mine will look like this: 0/2000.
Awards will be listed in the Celebration! forum at the end of the challenge.

I did try an ABS challenge before but "stuff" got in the way. This time I'll follow Nyna's suggestion to Taters Momma of doing them every 2nd day. (And of course I already know this
good grief!) I will also start slowly and see where it gets me. One more sleep
and don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour tonight, for those that do
