It's been a while since I read up on weight training, as well. I did do my ab work today tho', which is a good thing

aways2go. Sorry about that, I wondered why you had a question mark after "Norman"
Anyway, I'll be doing my abwork everyday, whether it's crunches or my yoga workout. I don't know how many "crunches" I do in the 30 minutes of yoga, and part of the workout is leg lifts which work different ab muscles, I really must count them next time
