                              Kagi, you still have almost 1/2 the month left and I know you can do it!

                              Back at it today after two days off and got 15 miles in on the bike.. So I have a question that someone may be able to help me with. My heart rate this morning was 10 beats lower per minute than it has been. That is with the same resistance and the same speed. I'm not complaining, I'm just not sure what changed.

                              I had been trying to keep my rate at more than 140 but less than 150 and had been struggling with keeping it under 150. Today it stayed in the 130's and then after 10 minutes crept into the low 140's???

                              Here are the only things that changed from last week.
                              Lost 4 pounds from last week. 261 instead of 265
                              Had two days of rest before this workout.
                              Took my vitamins before my workout as opposed to afterwards.
