It is December. The strength challenge has almost been around for a year. Thanks all of you who have been here and participated. I learn so much every month.
So time to join again. Lets be strong for the holidays.
You just need to decide on your December minutes. Work all you body parts (upper, core, lower) and have some fun with it. Anything strength or flexibility related is relevant - yoga, lifting, toning, pilates.
And apros yoga. A new study is being published that suggests that yoga strengthens the heart. And it is fun
