                I am still here. Had a few lazy days in a row. They were kind of hectic in other aspects so I did not exercise. But I have been back the last few days. Feeling sore again I like this feeling.

                        I did yoga yesterday and today And today I did Jillian's Trouble Zones and got a good workout. Even though I have done that one for months I still sweat. I will be trying some more heavy duty weights at the gym later this week. But I feel I am back into the exercise groove. I like that.
