    45 mins of bodypump, and today in piloga we used free weights so I'm counting that too.

                      Hi Kntry - so how are you feeling. Those look like good work outs. Billy Blank ... I have a sort of love hate relationship to him

                      Finally my gym is open again but I do not have much time today to go.
                      I have done yoga and strength though. I am a bit behind but hopefully I can catch up.

                        Arrrgh, I so agree with that statement Liv. I was half crippled yesterday , and I only did a wimpy version of it (thank goodness). The closest gym is 45 miles, so I've been trying DVD's I feel competent to do. I don't think Billy's coming into the room any time soon until I get in better shape So I defaulted back to my situps, pushups, crunches, and free weights today for 35 minutes.

                          They canceled my usual 2 morning Tues classes at the club, so I just did the elliptical over there-I will post that to my mileage challenge, but I have shoveled the long pedestrian sidewalk 2X already.

                          I have a driveway guy, but he doesn't do the long sidewalk, just the walk to the doorway and the steps. I live in a corner lot and have 1/2 acre lot, so when the snow is this heavy, it is a bit of a challenge. Snow expected to stop Wed Afternoon.
