Spring is around the corner and tank top season will be here before you know it! This is a weight lifting challenge to get us to build some lean muscle mass and tone up our arms and upper bodies to look our best in our spring/summer tops!
Time Frame/Duration: This challenge will start on March 16th and run through April 16th.
Requirements: Dumbbells/Free Weights. Before and After pictures, to be posted at the completion of this challenge. To do the exercises listed below.
