I did 12 miles today all in all felt really great got some major lactic acid build up around 2 hour mark so I ran faster for a bit then slowed it down TOTOALLY worked I had read doing that will help and it did WOOHOO.
So next week it's 13 miles and we go from there past my barrier to nomans land LOL>
