    Ramp It Up done!

    I'm glad I'm not the only one with crazy animals. I have two Jack Russell Terriers who just love it when I'm exercising! My girl always tries to get onto the treadmill with me and both of them are giving kisses when I'm trying to do the push-ups in Ramp It Up.

    I'm kinda sore today...first day I've been sore since starting SI6. I'm sure it'll pass. I'm working through it, as suggested.

      I have to declare today a rest day. I was looking forward to doing RIU today to see how far I could get but my hubby insisted on reloading our OS on our comp last night and didn't load everything we needed to play the DVD. I'm so mad. Additionally, my 2 year old is making up for being good all the time by really pushing my buttons today. I tried doing a VHS video I have but I'm just sooooo PO'd right now I almost can't do anything but cry. I'm just gonna chill out and pick back up tomorrow. Sorry about whining - I'll make up for it tomorrow.

              Did Ramp it Up this evening, which is a change from my morning routine, but it was the only time I could do it. I prefer to workout in the mornings, as my schedule has been rather flexible. Day 7 completed, and going great. I can hardly wait to take some pics on Sunday, and will do so every week, to see the difference!

                I bought some new weights today, have been using 3lb now I bought 5lb. During bicepts I use both so I was doing 6lb, I am gonna do 10 now.... I plan to buy 8lb next week or so.... Wish me luck!!! when I am cutting hair I can tell my arms have been getting a good workout because they ache!!!! LOL

                  Owwwie! The tops of my legs hurt sooo bad! I had to use the railing going up the stairs today, lol. And I also used to towel rack infront of the toilet so I could sit down, ROFL. Pathetic....yes I know.

                    Hey, Brook:
                    I am joining your challenge.
                    Today was my official day 1 out of 36. I'm in for 6 days a week. 1 day completed.

                    This is my fourth round of slim in 6. I did one complete round with "great results" and then did three more rounds later, later, and later with good results even though I did not stick with it for the 6 weeks. The first time, I was posting in the SIS forums with other beginners and we really stuck with each other. The next times, the chemistry just wasn't there. But, this group sounds really supportive, and most importantly, fun!

                    I'm going back to the basics and starting with Start It Up. I have the old 52 minute version.
                    The plies and lunges didn't hurt today. I know - - wait for tomorrow!

                    The only pictures I have are ones of me in a disgusting swimsuit. I will see about getting something less stomach churning to post.

                          What a woman -- you did all of them in one day??? You rock!

                          I know what you mean about having to brace yourself to sit down. Everytime I do SIU I experience that same thing!

                            Completed another round of RIU this morning. You know, I'm really feeling it in my shoulders!! I'm a little bit stiff in my legs, my shoulders are hurting. Also by the time she gets to the ab work, my neck kills me halfway through the abdominals. I guess I must be straining it somehow. I'm very proud to say I could get through all the push-ups today without collapsing! But you know what, I actually had to hold on to something today doing the squats. My legs weren't sore, but I was very fatigued. Day 4 on this challenge and this is the first time I needed support with those. Also my elbows have brush-burns on them from the leg work. Anybody else experience that?

                            I got in the hot tub briefly last evening and that offered some relief.

                            I am really going to enjoy that massage tomorrow. I could use a shoulder massage now!

                              Well, I got RIU started.... waiting on bf to leave so i can finish it!!!! one day I will be confident enough to work out in front of him!!! LOL-looks like I won't be doing tj20 too this morning, maybe this afternoon.............

                                I struggled with the floor/leg work this morning. Oh yes, I was cursing for sure! My *** is feeling really tight here this morning. And the reverse lunges for some reason were really painful today too. Maybe I am getting lower on them?
