    Thanks for the tips on the neck problem. I'll try those tips tomorrow.

          Ok I never post but I'm making an exception! I started actually 3 weeks ago, so a little before you guys all did (just independently, didn't know you were going to do this!). So I started Burn it Up this Monday and WOW. I hadn't really been sore from the other two, and now I'm missing Ramp it Up so much! I've done Burn it Up 3 times and it's insanely hard. Debbie does some of the stuff REALLY fast, so I have to do it slower, and in the @ss crampers section she adds a new move and you do way more reps for each move/leg. Plus more like 15 - 20 push ups. So yeah, it's crazy!!

              Floyds- I'm with slimndown about being sure to keep the weight of your head in your hands and chin up to the ceiling. The other suggestion I have is for you to consciously lead with your shoulders when you do standing oblique crunches or oblique crunches on the floor. The natural inclination is to lead with your elbow, but I've found this causes tons of neck strain. If you lead with the opposite shoulder across you'll find it takes the strain out of your neck AND it's WAY more effective on your obliques. You don't have to go up nearly as high to get the same burn!

              How often does Beach Body send those shipments? Hopefully you'll get your BIU soon!

                I had a stressful day at work today so I am thinking of attempting round two of ramp it up today...... I just need to blow off some steam, and relax... haha once again- me rlaex by doing exercise!!! LMAO!!!! Maybe relax in front of the tube, but exercise!@!! I am NUTS!

I said "Well, you would THINK after all this time he would know to straighten his damn leg!" DS backs slowly out of the room, shaking his head... LOL.

                          I wish I could get one in without interruption..... I will tomorrow morning... if I am not too sore from today!!! I did RIU twice!!! and Turbo Jam 20! I feel better- it is sucha great stress reliever!!!! I will have to feed the cats right before I do it! They were getting into everything tonight!!!! and the phone rang!!! sheesh- luckily I was just doing bicept curls so I ran and got it... quickly! Didn't miss a beat!
