    Hello you chatty crew, you!

    Well, I got the majority of BIU in. I had to do it in sections and take breaks so I didn't cough up a lung, but I got it done!

    I'm hoping it goes much easier tomorrow morning.

    I'm NOT getting up at 4:30 in the morning to do it, but I'll wake up and get my butt in gear cuz I'll know you are all ahead of me. LOL

    I'm 1/3 of the way done now too. w00t w00t!! Nothing can stop us now, ladies!

    As for Slim'n 6pack- It's about 11 minutes long and it's an INCREDIBLE ab workout, wanna. You're gonna dig it.

    I agree about ab work on BIU. Anyone doing BIU game for committing to si6pack 3x a week for the rest of the challenge?? C'mon!!!!

      Well, glad to see you are getting better Brook!!!! I am not doing biu but I am going to try to do Si6pk at least 3 days a week.... yeay!
      I did them tonight- 6pk and slim and limber!!! I feel good- but tired!

        I haven't done si6pack yet, but I'll blindly accept that challenge!

          RIU done for today, Im starting to come down with something so I took some Airborne...hopefully will feel better tomorrow Take care guys, see ya tomorrow

            Hey, I'll be dreaming about all you guys working out at 4:30 a.m., cause I'm not an early morning person! But I do enjoy working out in the mornings, as long as my work schedule stays as flexible as its been!

                      Good Morning Ladies!

                      Barb-Glad you joined the early birds.

                      Wanna-I go to bed between 8:30 & 9:00. That is the only way I can get up early and find time for myself. I have four kids and I need a headstart to get ready for the day and be out the door by 6:30. 6 pack isn't too bad. It's short and you get to lay on your back which is a nice break from all of the squats. Give it a shot and see what you think.

                      Turner-Thanks for bringing the water. I was thirsty since I was dumb and wore a sweatshirt this morning.

                      We all have different schedules and preferences for when we work out and the main thing is that we continue Si6. It is nice to know we are part of a team. It helps me to get out of bed early knowing that other people are working out at the same time.

                      I never would have made it so far into this workout if it wasn't for all of you wonderful gals. Thanks for keeping me motivated. I have been having a lot of fun and I never expected to say this but I don't want this challenge to end.

                        Yup huffin and puffin in the corner was right! Struggled with the lunges again this morning. Sometimes my balance is just not on!!
                        I did, however, get through the arm stuff with 5 pound weights all the way through.
                        AND got through the asscrampers all in in shot! Woohoo!
                        I found the trick to those. You need to put more weight on your arms and not on that knee that is on the ground. Try it that way Wanna. It makes a big difference!
                        OK, so 1 more day down! Woohoo!!!
                        Now off to shower and work!!

                          You know what's sick? All this talk about being so sore and wanting to do ab work just to lie down really makes me want my DVDs to come faster! Hee!

                          Yoly: Hey there! I was MIA for a few weeks, but I continued to hang out here on the exercise board, mainly in the running section. I'm still totally on plan, but have less online time with grad school and full-time work. :P The running is going wonderfully and I love it, but I feel like I need to add in some toning exercises as well, and the Si6 has such a great reputation with you all that I was intrigued! Is it working for you?
