    She should start out with the push-ups!!! How you gonna work me to death and THEN tell me to lay on the floor???? and expect me to move??? Shes outta her mind. The first time I did it, we got on the floor and my head hit the carpet and was almost out. ZzZzZzZzZzZzZz! But obviously shes got a method to her madness....if you can do all that with a smile on your face....you gotta know what your doing. or get botox injections every day of your life...

        The first set of pushups is 12ish, and the second is 11 if I remember right.

        I try *really* hard not to count. LOL

                  Hey guys, you are some posting maniacs! I'm gone two hours and I have three pages of reading to do before catching up. Anyhow, how many crunches do you think we do in Ramp it Up. I remember Britney Spears saying she did 300 crunches a day, of course that was sans baby, her abs are killer! Just wondering if I was close to that or not.

                  My mom's surgery is tomorrow, I have to be at her house at 6:30 so I probably won't be able to workout in the morning, grrr. It's gonna throw my whole day off but I'll find a way to fit it in in the evening. Tomorrow I will be at her house all day taking care of her so I'll just take my stuff with me and do it at her house. May not be around for a few days so i just wanted to let you guys know that I'm here and working it.

                    The jog-jack-jog is going to feel like respite. Honest to God, wanna. You'll look forward to them. LOL

                    As for space - You need enough room to move one step to the right and one to the left, and one forward and one back. That's it.

                      I got my si6 today, w00t !! But, since I did my workout already this morning, I decided to just do the slim n'limber this evening...then watched the workouts. I'm going to start with the Ramp It Up tomorrow morning since I've been doing the Shape & Tone it Up already...aaaand, since I really like those 2, I may just rotate all 3 of them. I think I'll add the slim n'limber in after each work out too, that really felt good!

                              I am totally still working on getting RIU down pat, but when I do.... I need to see if I have BIU, or maybe I need to order it? I have been working on puttin all my old jeans that won't fit anymore onto ebay..... You know what would be cool? If this site had a clothing swap.... or some thing similar?! heh, I don't know....

                                I counted the crunches in Ramp It Up one time. I think it was 180...?? My DS was amazed that I could hang with him in Tony Horton's AbRipper200, I knew why! LOL.
