Hey Wanna, it took over 3 weeks to get the SI6 DVD's sent to my home from the time I ordered them. Maybe they don't like Canadian money! Hang in there girl, look forward to the fun pain!!!!

I'm impressed with your group. You gals are able to get a lot workouts done and still find time to post messages.

Rikki-Great job on getting out of your old jeans.

Barbde-Thanks for the warning about the crunches. My flabdominals will be begging for mercy when I graduate from Start it Up. I have the 25 minute version and it takes forever for the counter to get down to zero. I can't imagine tackling 45 minutes in the next section.

I am going to wait until Tuesday to start RIU so I can use the long weekend next week to moan and groan in the privacy of my home from the Debbie-induced pain. It is going to take several attempts at SIU to be physically prepared for the next challenge but I can't wait to get on to the next level.

        You guys are great motivators!

BoxerMom, first time I did SIS I stayed on SIU for almost a week! I have the 25 minute version too. It's a tough one if you haven't done any of these moves before.
On that note. I am off to do RIU. My butt cheeks are definitely feeling tight this morning!! And the scale is finally moving in the right direction again!

Yes, she does -- she sticks her chin out and her evil eyes get wide when she says it. I noticed that too.

Completed RIU again this morning. I hope you were exercising with me again at that time, Yoly. I was thinking about you! It is getting easier, but it isn't easy. Does that make sense? I am not all jello-like this morning like I was yesterday. I wasn't sore this morning, but my muscles are fatigued. My DD and I are getting massages on Fri. a.m. Only 2 more work-outs to go until my massage! I'm gonna need it! I am getting bored with RIU. Can't wait till BIU arrives, am I nuts or what?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I've been unsure how fast I should progress.

I guess I just get bored easily, Sheshy. Plus I've had this workout since Sept., and have been doing it off and on since then.

Probably once I receive BIU and have gone through that, I'll be begging to go back to RIU for an "easy" workout. Can you imagine that?

Sounds like a good plan Barbiebabe. I am just bored with RIU, I'm not saying it is easy for me to complete, I am just bored.

                                Hi Ladies...

So I got a tracking number on my dvd's & they are *supposed* to delivery Friday! Woo-Hoo maybe I can get started Saturday

I’m kind of a visual person and like to make charts, etc. to keep track of my progress and to keep me motivated. I made a new "Slim in Six" sheet that has a spot for before and after photos (front, side & back- wallet size), a spot for measurements (before, after and difference) and a box for each of the 36 workouts that I can cross off or put a cute sticker on as I complete them (I know, it’s a little overboard....). It will be a nice summary of my first sis challenge. I have it in PDF format and can email it to any of you if you want it. I’d post a link to it here, but it’s not on the web and I’m not computer savvy enough to know how to do all that

I dont care what I weigh - as long as I can wear a Size 8

Size 12 by Christmas (Dec 25th)
Size 10 by my Birthday (Mar 9th)
Size 8 by my Anniversary (May 29th)
