    I think I fixed the PM issue - hopefully - the User CP page confuses me.

    But, Barbde, I got your message too late. I already coughed up the $19.95 to have Beachbody snail mail the burn it up DVD to me. (And I think they really use snails!) I figured I'd better order it now in order to receive it before the end of the challenge.

    I can't move. I did Slim and Limber because I could tell I wouldn't be able to function otherwise. It helped, but not enough. I think I'll go take a hot bath.

      So what about the Slim Series? Does anyone have/use/enjoy Tone it Up, Keep it Up, etc.?

        Yeay Barb! Woohoo, I can't wait until tomorrow when we can both share about how evil she is and how much our booties hurt. I felt like nothing more then a walking @ss today. I was so aware of the muscles in my butt that I felt like a big one walking around, lol. I don't know what happened with me today but I was all frisky and feeling sexual, well maybe it was the BiUp but I felt great, I'm gonna do it tomorrow.

        Wow, I hadn't read the last page before posting that makes four of us Burning it UP tomorrow. Barb, Shelly, Brook, and myself. That is so awesome! Imagine how much fat we are gonna be melting between the four of us. Yeay! LOL, can't wait to talk to you guys after your workouts, lol, I really hurt today. OMG, the lunges, you don't even get to put your leg down inbetween lunges. SHe's a sadist and I love her.

        Lawyerchick that's so great that your girls are active, I was a slug most of my childhood and it's something that I really want ot work on too. I was thinking about getting a child's Yoga tape for Abi, she always joins in at the end of my workouts and tries to do the yoga, it is sooooo cute.

          My kids really love the ABC Yoga tape (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...s=dvd&v=glance)

          I've just ordered the third yoga tape in this series (YogaKids 3: Silly to Calm) as well as a couple of other kids tapes, so we'll see whether they like them as well. I'm really glad that they're learning to enjoy exercise. The only downside is that they ran off with my 3 lb weights because "they're our size," leaving me to struggle with the 5 pounders!

            Ramp It Up completed for today. I'm not ready for Burn It Up yet...still mastering Ramp It Up.

            Yoly, I'm with you. I seem to be addicted to this set of workouts. My husband even commented today, "This is the first exercise video you bought that you actually use"...he's right. I have a few others, and this is the one that I'm using.

            I may put some of the others in also, to mix things up a bit.

            Thanksgiving holiday is coming up and I'll have some time off of work. May do one in the AM and another one in the PM. Start a new routine.

              Lawyer - The Slim Series is all similar in intensity to Burn It Up - with the exception of Cool It Off. Cool It Off is fantastic. I love it. Tear It Up frightens me. LOL

              Keep It Up is a really great workout. I'd highly recommend picking it up to help maintain all the work we do over the next few weeks!

                You Burn-it-Uppers-to-be are crazy. I can't wait to hear how you ladies tolerate Debbie's beating tomorrow. Have any of you done the BIU segment on a regular basis?

                  I have the 2 dvd set, Tone It Up and Shape It Up...it's a series after you've mastered the SIU, RIU, BIU...I started with those and really like them both...I'm going to start BIU tomorrow and then start rotating it with the Tone It Up and Shape It Up after that...I like that variety!

                        I was gonna take a rest day today, but decided to do RIU, as we are going away for the weekend, down to Montana, and I don't know if I'll have access to a DVD in the hotel. There is an exercise room there though, with some cardio machines! The RIU session I did today was in the evening, and boy did I sweat alot, could've used a fan for sure! Hopefully I'll be able to find a BIU dvd soon, and can move on to the next level with all you crazies out there!!!

                            OK I am REALLY not wanting to work out this morning. Especially not wanting to do BIU YOLY!!!
                            I was up at 3:30am. I should have done it then. Went back to bed and now I feel like crapola!! That was awful sleep after 4am! Ugh. Let me get some water in me and see how this goes.

                              Brook! You look awesome. I have been watching you since I started (the first time) and I'm soo happy that you are back in control!
                              I am finally going to order this series. I'm scared. I seem to be older, 41, than the other vidiots. I'm worried I can do this.
                              Also....can you please tell me ...what is the deal with the 26 minute workout vs the 56 minute workout video/dvd? (not sure on exact times just know there are the new ones which are shorter)
                              Of course....I'm desperately seeking the shorter ones...but wonder what the difference is.
                              I need to get motivated to a workout routine.

                              You all are doing soo great from what I have read in the post.
