    Cruiser, I feel the same way about the Yoga, except I LOVE the full body stretch!! I think she should let us just lay on the floor a little longer!

    Anna, don't move on until you feel you are ready. Or, you could give it a try and if it is too much for you just go back to SIU. You have to do what is best for you! The first time I did SIS I stayed on SIU for a week.

    Shelly. Yeah I am seeing more and more definition. I am feeling kind of lost here today with a day off! I haven't had an off day of exercise in weeks! I may not last today either, the way it is going. I need something to take out my frustrations on!

      Brook suggested a week at Start it Up...and then go to Ramp it Up...so give yourself the week before switching. As long as you're getting a good workout, no need to rush through!

        I've noticed that a lot of the squats, plies and lunges with the arm movements could easy incorporate hand weights...you could really use this series for quite a while just by adding ankle and hand weights and increasing the weight periodically.

        I turn off the volume and listen to something else, so if she mentions that on the video, just ignore me!

          I thought the same thing, but then figured I could work on getting lower into the squats and lunges. My arms are still pretty rubbery after the RIU. It's amazing how just holding your arms up is painful!

            Oh yeah, me too...I'm just working on good form and getting in all of the reps. I'm able to go lower into the lunges, plies and squats...so I'm seeing improvement.

            But, for the future, it seems like you could use these workouts forever!

                I know, I know...but just turn off the sound and listen to some music... and you just don't like her because she makes us hurt...eventually you'll be just like her and then you'll like her again!! Did that make sense?

                    Thanks guys! I think I'll attempt RIU tomorrow, since I have more time on the weekends, but then I might go back to SIU to work on form. I stumble on the lunges a bit, and I need to go deeper. Lunges are much harder for me than either plies or squats for some reason.

                    Took my before photos just now. Bleah. My husband's convinced six weeks can't make a noticeable difference in appearance. I'm hoping to prove him wrong with photographic evidence.

                        Late, late, late as usual.
                        I took my mom for her first visit to they gym today, so I got in a good upper body workout/cardio there. Then I realized that I don't want one of those slug things that ya'll told me about, so I have to get my SIU in today. See ya'll in a little while.

                          Boy have I missed you all!!

                          It's SO good to see so many new additions!! I sure hope wanna gets her videos SOON.

                          Well, I took yesterday and today off. Although the sickies didn't reach out and grab me by the throat, I figured a couple of down days certainly couldn't hurt to keep my immune system rested and in check - and I'm really glad I did. I feel so far behind already though because of it! LOL Sheesh. It must be a sickness with this group.

                          I'm thinking I'll do the next 2 workouts with RIU and then I'll tackle BIU with Yoly. I can march in place with the best of them, ya know?! LOL

                          Lawyerchick - It's so good to see you in here and posting!! I grinned from ear to ear when I saw you on here! Yep. Your hubby is going to eat those words. heh I can't wait!
