Good Morning, when I rolled over this mornign I thought I was gonna cry! LOL, however I got up, did RIU and it didn't hurt while doing the exercises but I felt so stiff everytime we switched to another one!(if that makes sense!)

I am so tough! I did my 2 days and I went to the gym for some serious weight training on Tuesday and Thursday. I was really pushing it! I am great! I am strong! I am woman!
I can barely walk. It didn't happen this morning. It waited until 10:00. You should have seen me going all the way down with the lunges this morning. You should see me trying to get out of my chair now. I wonder if I can just ride my rolley chair to the lunchroom with the kids?

I just completed my second workout. It is amazing that my belly can feel sore and tight when it appears so floppy and I have only just begun my bonding with Debbie. I noticed that she walks around a lot to show techniques and doesn't have to actually do the whole routine. I would smile too if I only had to do part of the workout.

I had orderd my Slim in Six videos awhile ago based on all of Brook's glowing recommendations, and after I realized I'll never break the 130 barrier without exercise . . . I just love to eat too much! The videos just arrived tonight, so I did ABC Yoga with the kids, followed by SIU and Slim n Limber. I feel so good, I'm in shock! I hope I'm able to get out of bed tomorrow morning.
Haven't taken my before pics yet, because I ordered an (eek!) bikini so I can be brutally honest with myself. I'm looking forward to spending the next six weeks suffering with you guys.
