    I guess all those who get up at 4:30 am aren't around to tell me when they get to bed 'cause they're probably in bed right? That's where I should be too.

      ...go ahead...call me a sleepy head, see if I care!

      I get up at 5:30...then start my workout at 6:00. I don't have to be to work until after 8:00 and I have a very, very short commute...so lucky for me I don't have to get up at the butt crack of dawn.

      But, hey, you girls have fun without me!

        LOL, on the mornings I wake up that early I usually am in bed by 10. I could go earlier but most of the time I have stuff keeping me up that late. I figure being awake close to 18 hours is enough for one day, lol. But I do have the benefit of walking around feeling great about excercising, not to mention that I kicked up my metabolism first thing in the day and I am burning fat from the very start.

          I totally agree, exercising in the a.m. is the way to go! It's the best way to start the day!

            Good point. I could get up at 5:15 and start my workout at 5:30 be done by 6:30, shower and get dressed and get my daughter out of bed at 7:00. That would work. But then I would be doing it alone....without the 4:30 gang....I hate being left out.

              Where is my rolly eyed emoticon...oh there he is ... LOL...participating with a virtual group is important, but getting that extra sleep is also a really good thing, too!

                  RIU is done for the day. That means I'm 1/3 of the way through. Whoo hooo!!

                  I'm a morning person, and there's still no way I can get up at 5 and work out. I'm too stiff in the mornings and cold. I need a hot shower before I can work out, and then I'd need another one afterwards! Too much to do on work days. On the weekends, my ideal is up at around 7:30, eat a small breakfast, work out at 9:30 or 10:00 and then have a small snack or early lunch. Then, sometimes, I do another, lighter workout before bed. I really like the feeling of exercise exhaustion right before going to sleep. I sleep sooooo well.

                        What? Virtual nothing! Isn't it like we're really doing it together? When I do my SI6 workout I think about all of you guys and it's just like you're there with me....we're all doing it together....feeling the burn....'cause it's called Burn it up for a reason ya know.
