                  Congratulations, Barb! You did it.

                  Workout 36 was done on Christmas and not a day too soon. I've had some serious stomach flu that sucked the life out of me--I want to be skinny but that wasn't the way to go. I had some leg surgery the other day which means no exercising. I am going to lose my muscle and be weak by the time I'm able to start our next challenge. Oh well. I will just have to kick it in high gear when I can start back up.

                  Hope everybody is getting over their sickies and feeling better.

                    Congratulations, BoxerMom. Wow, you got done early. Way to go!! I'm proud of ya.

                    Oh, btw, I completed Ramp It Up this morning. I am definitely a slug this time around -- I'm not going to make it to 36. Oh well, I look forward to the next challenge.

                      Woohoo! Boxermom!! Great job! Oh no, on the leg surgery, that just sucks! Well, rest up and get ready for the next one!!!

                        heheh. I was kind of at a loss as to what to do for exercise this morning. I just KNEW it was not going to be anything to do with Debbie! So, I broke out my brand new Yoga Booty Ballet Cardio Cabaret, Bulesque style. THAT was fun! But short! LOL. So I threw in TJ 20 minute workout. Whew. I must say, change is good!!

                              Well, I was finally able to get in the final 2 workouts! Yee-haaa! All 36 workouts completed!

                              Just waiting for the next challenge to begin now. I'm doing some walking/jogging on the treadmill, and also going to do some Pilates and Tae Bo for a change.

                                Yay QBU!! This was a tough one, wasn't it? I must say though, I have NEVER done the full 6 weeks of SIS before! Couldn't have done it without you guys!!

                                ok so I was bored and just finished Turbo Sculpt. I now, officially feel like I have worked out today.
