Diana, you're getting me so excited!!! Day after tomorrow!!! WOOHOO!!

Sarah, if you haven't tried it, I recommend the Designer Whey Protein available at Walmart for $19.93 a box. I love the chocolate, I have a shake every morning for brekkie. A good way to get some much needed protein!

3.45 miles done tonight in 40 minutes. That was a pretty good tempo pace. I'll be happy if I can do that on Saturday.

No run tomorrow .. we'll be in transit .. enroute to Orlando.

OK, just did my first run in 2006 (and first since my 10 miler on Oct 4th, LOL). Not too bad 5 miles in just under 55 minutes. A little slow but what can I expect. It was chilly, but warm enough to run, 38 degrees. My running goal for the year run in at least 12 races to include a half marathon (since I didn't run mine in the fall).

                Niiiiiiice!
I'm curling tonight and was asked to compete in a womens competitive bonspiel tomorrow. Four games in one day. *gulps* Considering it takes two hours to complete a game...burns about 600 calories per game...better bring lots of good snacks. Long run on Sunday...9 miles. Have a great weekend!

Good job Jim! I just wanted to post some final good luck wishes to our now departed for Orlando compatriot. I know you will do awesome.

                  I have run this week:
                  3.5 miles
2 miles - slow recovery (barely above a walk)
                  2.5 miles (8 min/mile)

I will probably have one more run tonight to guarantee I make weight tomorrrow before leaving.
