          got my crunches in. 80 today so i am complete in the challenge.
          also did some arm work with the weights

          30 at 6.6

          now, i am going to ride my bike for a bit. maybe 15 minutes. depends on how i feel.

              Goodness Jimmie... haven't even thought about next month! Know I'll probably be away for a couple of weeks, so not sure it's worth starting something I might not be able to stick to... 'cept I could always set a low target... hmmmm....ponder....ponder...hmmmm...

                sal, yes you could shoot lower. i might have to do the same. i am moving, really i am! lol sooner or later..............
                during the time of getting the trucked packed and the travel and finding and unpacking what we have to have, i don't think i will even care about getting crunches in. but, like you, i could shoot for the lower number. in fact, the 1000 that i said didn't start counting till about 6 feb. keeping the 1000 with a full month might be the way to go.

                  sal, i don't know when you are planning on getting a ball. kelly and i were discussing how hard the push ups are and i was wanting to do some tricep work.....it lead to this, in case you are interested.

                      Well... in the end I took the plunge and joined the March situp challenge! So... for the moment, no more pondering! I don't envy you though Jimmie having to ponder on a move! They are such a bore and total upheaval! Good luck! You have my total empathy and sympathy... it's bound to be good as exercise though!

                      Thanks for the ball pushup challenge link. Looks fun and as soon as I get a ball, I'll join, if that isn't too late. Doesn't look like I'll be getting one until after my March trip to the islands though... but who knows.

                      So glad you're feeling better 2big.

                        and you can join up any time. that is how the situp challenge worked in feb. and it was good for everyone.

                        you have been on your mark with the exercise for some time now. i think we are all out of our funk and doing well!
