    sally did i make that clear? is isn't me that's doing that many in a day....oh no, sweetie. i said i would do 1000 for the month and that's about 50 day with a couple days off.

    i thought maybe i could do 50 in the morning and then 50 in the evening. lol sounds like a song!

    50 in the morning
    50 in the evenin'
    50 at supper time
    be my little 50
    and hurt me all the time.

      i got my butt up off this chair and did 32 minutes of biking. 5.2 miles and 307 calories burned. got the 50 crunches in before that. i watched the episode of 24 that i missed last week. i just love it when jack hurts the bad guys.

                Sounds good...and who knows?!! You'd be on the right track doing your 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening. You could sing your little song while doing 'em! I'll just hum...my wonderful singing voice isn't usually appreciated! Lol.

                Did all my stuff this morning bright and early... and added an extra ten for the situp challenge, so... it's a move in the right direction.

                2big...good for you doing that intensive sounding hiit stuff! Phew!

                  okay wnet to the gym between snow flakes and upped all 3 types of ab works by 25 this morning my abs may cramp later today again but if was fun. I did my lower body BFL today and then 50 min cardio I was worried about Mother and the lady staying with her this morning while I worked out do I didn't shower before I went home and my mother told me I was smelly and needed a shower before I sat on any furniture LOL

                    after all the love and concern you show and whatdya get? you stink! jsutright, you crack me up sometimes!

                    sal you are so ahead of me. you said you would do 1260 situps. i went for 1000. i am pleading that the move is going to hinder me and if that doesn't work, it's all about the hormones!

                    i got shamed so i did 75 crunches. i did 3 sets of 25. my abs hurt today. i will maybe get something else in today. we will see.

                      Well 2big... it's only good healthy sweat! Wear it with honour, like a war wound! (well, maybe not all day!!! *laffs*) Boy, your example is motivating!

                      Jimmie...75 is just great! A day at a time... and all that!

                      Dogs insisted I took them for their 40 min 'walkies' in spite of it being Sunday... they never did learn about Sundays...*laffs*... and that spurred me on to do my exercise routine too... so am all up do date!

                      Wow! These challenges really work! Am slacking considerably less these days! You guys are brilliant at motivating!

                        those pooches should have paid attention better in sunday school.

                            *Chuckles* Yep... well, I do get my stuff done early in the morning, and then often post on ADBB just after, while sipping my breakfast decaf. Trouble is... what's early morning for me here in Italy is the middle of the night for you over there in the States!

                            Sorry to act like an alarm clock!! But you know the old saying about the early bird.... lol
