Re: The Goalie's Challenge Exercise Thread
Heavens! You guys are all so awesome! I really admire the way you are soooo dedicated to exercising. I just plod along doing my regular stuff. It's as much as I can do lately to get the exercise out of the way in the early mornings so that I can concentrate on various work projects, which typically all seem to have reached a 'critical' stage at the same time!
Would like to jazz the exercise up a little though, when other things calm down a bit.
Anyway... no Jimmie, can't say I've signed up for the situp challenge.
Is it too late? I do about 60 situps as a part of my regular morning workout... don't know how that compares to everyone else's. Could increase those a bit, perhaps.. for a challenge.
And Jimmie...sorry to hear your move is getting to you so much. Know all about moves, and how they can do that. Nothing more traumatic than uprooting, physically, mentally and often emotionally too, especially if you're facing things on your own, right now. Hang in there!
And.. if you want to write a saga... of course we'd all read it with interest... and empathy!
Sadie, you're right... denim doesn't lie. Like the idea of going by 'clothes feel' rather than the lying old scale... but it must have been hard to give up the weighs. Good for you!
You still making it to the gym 2big?
Onward, ever onward people!
