    I did the gym and wierd things happened. I was puking about 1/2 way through and now i got the worst headache. I better not have picked up the virus going around I know it wasn't low blood sugar or dehydration

          i don't know....maybe you guys are spurring me on to greater things.
          i biked for 5 miles, 30 minutes and burned 293 calories. i don't know how my bike calculates the calories but i'll take it.

          that finished up my 6 week challenge commitment for the week plus one day! thanks guys!

                2big, glad to hear you don't feel like throwing up. i don't either! now that was yesterday. how are things today?

                sally! good for you! is this working for you? being sorta committed to each other? i think it is another way of keeping me going.

                where is sadiejen?

                i did some errands today. one trip took my by sams club and i picked up SIMPLY BALL & BAND WITH PILATES PRINCIPLES. i think this will make me stronger or more likely kill me. i'll mess with it tonight while jack runs the dvd and laughs at me. i'll let you know how it goes.

                    2big, how do you log that in on the pres. challenge? i see pilates but no ball.

                      I got my exercise in today...10 minutes of running on the treadmill and then 40 minutes of weights....my usual...

                        I don't know I never log my ball time as that is free exercise for me. Are you doing pilates on the ball if so then log pilates.

                          Yep Jimmie, this is working fine for me.. Am pretty constant usually with the daily routines but this encourages me to do those five minutes extra whenever I can!

                          Oh and I agree with Higgies... your pic is too too funny!

                          Got my stuff done today and added five to both exercise and walk!

                            the picture was my attempt at levity.........i guess it worked. jack laughed at me the whole time i was using the freaking thing. i said to him "well, lets just see you use this freaking thing mr. i-ain't-so-limber!"

                            glad you got your exercise in!
                            hey! i finally heard from perry! he had gotten my phone message but not till after the fact. he said he was sorry for not being able to meet up with us and that it is just impossilbe for him to get away during the week. maybe next time the trip should be planned for a weekend!

                            sally, very good for you! i am glad this is working out for all of us. has your weight been at a constant reading? mine is within a pound or two just like it has been for awhile now. clothes fit fine and i am anywhere from 121 to 123 most days. i have been exercising more since this challenge of the goalies came along.

                              IT SNOWED got my 45 mins cardio done.

                              Jimmie 48 As long as you use the same thing to count it each time it shouldn't matter what yu call it. Glad you enjoyed your work out. you can practice sitting on it with your feet on the floor while you type and the core muscles you use to balance will get a really good workout. when that gets easy lift a foot and when that is easy lift both. you can also do killer abs on it doing 2-3 while you wait for the pages to open reading ADBB.

                              Sadie posted about having to travel this week but said she was hitting the gym on Monday

                              Higgies why 10 mins running? is that to loosen up for the lifting?

                                i logged in as pilates and added that to my favorites so when i do it again i will just use that every time. thank you ma'am.

                                i don't suppose you could be an influence with the presidential site folks and get them to add BALL AND BAND workouts, could you? it seems kinda stupid to me that it's not on there since it seems to be very popular.
