Weekends are not about "should be"
Hope you finished your days up well.
I went SUPER overboard on food last night. We had some great friends over for BBQ. With 2 babies, it took forever to get organized to actually cook LOL. We had two veggie lovers and two veggie haters. So, the other veggie lover and I had all the roasted veggies for ourselves, peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, and tomatos drizzled with greek dressing (homemade, no sugar), skewered and grilled. Also burgers, hot dogs, coleslaw, buns and chips. I stayed totally true to plan, but I ate ALL night, becuase we just couldn't get it figured out to get it all to cook together LOL. It was super fun. And super good. Also a low carb no bake cheesecake with spiced peaches and coffee when it got dark. So fun.
Anyway, exercise yesterday also included my squat/lunge/pop routine. And today my arms and shoulders have gotten a workout scrubbing the greek dressing off the grill
