I'm starting the thread we were discussing in our Maintenacne support thread. Sorry it's a bit late, since today is still a holiday for me i'm still in slacker/vacation mode.
This thread is to motivate and challenge those of us who've reached goal , or are a few lbs within and consider ourselves 'goalies', and to also to keep us accountable.
My commitment to myself this New Years was exercise 3 - 5 times a week. It will most likely be free weights, pilates and walking (i do run as well but it's too cold right now). I may also try to do my Xbox exercise game again -- LOL it's been so long i can't remember the name
