The Challenge:
The challenge is to complete a total of 42 work-outs following a Slim Series/Turbo Jam rotation. We will begin on January 9th, 2006. Some will take 1 day a week off, others will take 2 or 3, depending on...well, whatever!
This is not a challenge to see who can complete the 42 work-outs first. This is not a challenge to see who can lose the most weight or inches either. This challenge is simply about following the same program and getting across the finish line. We are not competing against each other in any way, shape, or form, but enjoying the company and comraderie that comes from subjecting yourself to something like the Slim Series and doing so on purpose!

The Rules
- We all start on the same day.
- We report in to the Vidiot's Part Deux House of Pain thread every day
- Measurements must be taken. You don't have to share them with the group, but you've gotta take them!
- Pictures!! Yes. You have to take pictures of yourself again. Be sure to wear something that's going to show your shape. You can't see the differences in befores/afters if you're wearing saggy/baggy clothing! Again, you don't have to share them with the group if you don't want to.
- There is no specific finish date. The goal is to work through the entire rotation 3 times for a total of 42 workouts.
- As long as you're using one of the Slim In Six/Slim Series/Turbo Jam work-outs, it'll count.
- This rotation will be our guide and our goal, but not our work-out bible. If you're not feeling up to a specific work-out one day, switch it for one that you're more comfortable with so you still get counted!! If today doesn't feel like a Tear It Up! day, then swap it for Cool It Off! or Ramp It Up! if need be! It'll still count!!
- We will take responsibility for ourselves and each other. If you sign up and do not report in for 5 days, your fellow Vidiots will send you a Private Message to make sure you're okay and try to encourage you in any way we can. We're in this together!! If you sign up, you agree to send or accept these messages! We don't want any lost Vidiot-Souls!
- Sick days. It's winter and we're bound to wind up with some. Sick days will be marked as sick days, and you will not be required to make up sick days towards your total. BE HONEST!
