Definitely noticing the arm definition mostly! And my quadriceps are starting to become more defined as well. Scales not budging though.
That is really cool that you can see those results!!!
Congratulations for sticking with it!!
I have noticed that my saddlebags look to be deflating some...yeah!!! I stopped a little while because my knee was hurting. Now I'm on Induction and I was going to give it a few days and then jump back in (trying to go past Induction Flu).
Keep up the good work! Your results are very inspiring!!

I got in 45 mins with a WATP 3 mile. I'm looking into buying the 4 mile and also into some other work outs... I'm brining in my health rider to get that in for my workout tomorrow and perhaps the 1 mile WATP. I can't believe that it hasn't even been two weeks that I've been exercising and I can do a 3 mile aerobic walk!
Hey Barb, hope you're feeling better. I haven't been around for the last few days. Was sick last week, with a bad cold, and then pulled something in my hamstring in the beginning of the week and haven't been able to even walk much, let alone workout! Am feeling pretty blimpy the last couple of days, and afraid to do any major workout!
We have some nasty weather here this morning. I did this quickie workout because I needed extra commuting time this morning. Funny, I felt compelled to do some sort of exercise -- normally I'd say 'forget it" because of the extra time needed to get to work. Yay!
I still love TJ -- those are by far my fav workouts!

I hear ya Cruiser. This "approaching middle age" SUCKS I did get a walk in with the dog today. It's something. Got new shoes, so I'm hoping that will help the situation. Chiro hasn't like ANY of my shoes so far, he BETTER like these! They cost me a fortune! On the up side, I AM feeling better than yesterday. But the back is still nagging me. I may NEVER get through these last workouts dang it! I'm afraid to try anything just yet too, and I'm right there with ya on the blimpy feeling!!
