Why do we like the pain-inflicting Debbie? I thought about doing Si6 yesterday but chickened out because I hate the ol' @$$crampers. I need to tangle with her sometime this week just to remind myself that I really hate her workouts. That might cure me missing her.

SHAPE IT UP -- WED. MARCH 8

In addition to my TJ workout yesterday, I took crazy dog for a 45 minute walk. It felt like spring -- I think it was about 45 degrees and it stays lighter for so much longer. I did this walk as soon as I came home from work -- before dinner. This is the way to go! Then for a treat, I enjoyed my hot tub after dinner. What a wonderful day!

I STILL have 6 to do!! Got a shot in the butt for the back on Tuesday. Yesterday was still hard to walk. We'll see how today goes. Geeez I want to be done with these. At this rate SIU is going to kill me again when I get back to it!

Barbiebabe, I hope you get better soon. Don't feel bad about the amount of workouts you didn't complete yet. I have been in perfect health, and I think I'm as far in the challenge as you are! Speaking of which --

Whoops - I missed posting yesterday. I mixed it up. Not sure what I'm going to do tonight, maybe pilates on the ball again. That one's really relaxing.

Now that you have butt cheeks that can crack walnuts, I'm wondering how your doctor was able to give you a shot in walnut cheeks.

Ha! My butt cheek feels like it has been cracking walnuts!! And I am really sad, cuz I don't think the shot worked. I still can't walk 4 house lengths down the street without pain! He is going to want to do MRI next. Well, I'm not calling him back yet!

Do the MRI. It is a pain free procedure. Do you have a herniated disk by any chance?

Oh, I'm not afraid of the MRI. I am afraid of what it is going to tell me!! I don't know, Doc seemed to be thinking disc problem. I really don't want that. DH has gone through that. I have just started feeling so darn good before this crap! Arrggggggg
Anyway, I'll give it over the weekend and see if the shot is just being slow to work.

Barb - Take care of yourself. Backs are no fun at all.

I did end up doing pilates on the go on the ball tonight. DD projectile vomited chocolate milk all over everything (me, herself, the beige carpet, my favorite chair) so I needed to do something REALLY relaxing. Fortunately, she seems to feel a lot better already. Hopefully it was just some bad milk instead of the stomach flu again.
