Hmmm. . . Looks like I'm talking to myself here.

YBB Cardio Cabaret and Cathe Step, Pump, Jump (cardio and abs only). Burned 117 calories during just 17 minutes of YBB.

Oh where, oh where did everyone go? Oh where oh where can they be?

        Karen Voight's Burn & Firm
tonight - 30 minutes in zone, 256 calories burned. I couldn't get all the steps on this one down on the first try. I suspect I'll burn more once I've had a little practice. The funny thing is that I ordered this one when I still hated cardio because the cardio comes in 5 minute segments. I figured you can do anything for 5 minutes. The tape took a month to arrive and now I kind of like cardio. It's still a good circuit routine, though, and I was able to lift heavier weights than with Slim Series.

          Hey guys,

Looks like this thread has slowed down A LOT. I'm sorry about that, but I'm sure that you have just moved on to non-video forms of exercise for awhile, right? RIGHT?

Given my work schedule, I can't afford to check in a lot of different places, so I'm heading over to www.videofitness.com to continue working out. I will be forever in Brook's debt for making me into a vidiot.

My best to all of you - Anna

            LawyerChicky-
I hope you didn't feel abandoned. I've done a few videos for April but never checked in since they were minimal. The weather is getting better and with the longer days it has been possible to go for walks and get some fresh air instead of hanging out in the living room.

I'm proud of you for becoming a dedicated vidiot--it is hard to make time for videos with children and jobs and you have really morphed into a true vidiot. You are going to make ole' Pixie Chick look like a slug if you keep up all of your exercising.

I hope you check back every now and than just because you are as addicted to this exercise thread as you are to your videos.

Boxer - Nope, not abandoned at all. I just understand people moving on to other fitness activities, so I'm going to hang out where there are tons of vidiots discussing videos I've never even heard of. My credit card will NOT thank me. I'll definitely check in from time to time.

                Hi Gang!

I've slacked up (cough, cough) quite a bit...but I still want to reach my goal...I get motivated, then unmotivated, motivated, etc.

So, I'll still be here and when I work out next (?) I'll still log it in here.

I plan to hang around and check in also.

Hey Lawyer Chick and everyone else, just wanted to bring this back up. I know a lot of us do videos and for those of you who do Billy Blanks, a few of us have a thread going here, and if not, post here and say hi, how are you doing, etc. I love hearing about the various videos that everyoen uses!

You gonna move on to Ramp It Up then?
