    Urban Rebounding ROCKS! I usually hate cardio, but I jumped on that thing for nearly an hour (did First Timers followed by Basic) and I feel great and my knees don't hurt. I may do a Firm/UR rotation if my transfirmer ever shows up.

          A kangaroo is probably WAY more graceful.

          So we have a whole family of stability balls now. I bought myself a 65 cm, because the 55 cm was a little small for some stuff. And DH wanted one to stretch his back, so I got him a 75 cm. Now we have all three of them all in a line. It's getting pretty crazy.

            You guys are so funny!! I will not have time to try BIU before work tomorrow morning, but will aim to do it this week! What in the world is urban rebounding???

              It's just a cardio workout (mainly jumping, jumping jacks, jogging in place, straddle jumps, and front jumps with some arm movements) on a mini-trampoline. The advantage is that you can do a lot of jumping around without hurting your knees at all.

              My lower back is a little sore today, though. I'm going to have to work on that aspect of it.

                Firm Strength today. That's an oldie but goodie that I found for $3.00 on eBay, INCLUDING shipping! Well worth that price. The set and costumes look like soft porn, but the workout is strenuous and a nice switch from Debbie with similar exertion level.

                  That's a lot of stability balls, LC!

                  This morning, I did P90 3/4 sweat, sculpt, and ab ripper 200. This will be my last week with the 3/4 set & then I'm on to the master series (5/6). Hopefully, Tony won't hurt me too bad, but I still need a break from that devil pixie!

                  Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                    Instead of a video on Sunday I did a four mile walk outside. I don't know how I managed to screw that up but I ended up with shin splints. Waaah, Waaah!

                          Val - Try stretching your shins gently by sitting on your knees with your feet under your butt.

                          I did Urban Rebounder - Intermediate yesterday and Firm Strength today. I'm going to get buff if it kills me.

                          My work schedule is about to get insane, and the first thing I thought was "when am I going to work out??!!" I will find a way!
