    Lawyerchick: I believe that "you'll find a way!" to find time for working out! It's definately something that worth making time for and it's something that we do especially for ourselves. Unfortunately, no one can exercise for us. Some days I wonder when the heck I'm gonna work out, but voila! It happens!!

    3/22: sweat 3/4, sculpt 3/4, ab ripper 200
    3/23: burn, ab ripper 200
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

        2big recommended this for me, but I'm afraid I'm a little bit behind. I started March 11th with Slim in 6 and now I'm onto Burn it Up- is it too late?

          Pineapple - It's never too late to whine about Debbie together! Welcome to the House of Pain.

          Rest day for me yesterday. Urban Rebounder First Timers and Basic today. (It's supposed to be a weights day, but I just wasn't feeling up to it. Think I might be getting a little bit sick. But bouncing was fun anyway.)

                  Today, I did Burn it up. Don't ask me why, but I was wanting a little punishment. Boy, did the devil pixie deliver! My buns are on fire!!!

                  By the way, this puts me at the end with my challenge of 20 workouts for the month! I'll keep working out though!

                    Hey guys. I've been MIA on my vidioting and won't make my goal but I'm still plugging away at it. Today was I Want That Body with Tamilee Webb. My arms are toast from the weights. Now that our weather is improving (a whopping 40 degrees) it is so hard to stay inside and do videos because I want to go outside and play.

                      Firm Crosstrainers Cardio (AKA "Strong Heart") today. I got a heart monitor recently and got the settings all done, but then I forgot to put it on!

                      So, I may do a short workout later today to try it out.

                        Okay, I did Urban Rebounding Basic (minus the abs portion) to try out the HR monitor. It said that I was only in my target HR zone for 5/25 minutes, but I'm wondering whether I was too high, rather than too low, cause my max was 191. Then again, my average was 127, so that probably means I was too low for most of it. Only burned 158 calories too, but for 25 minutes, that's not that bad. Will have to play around with some other workouts to see whether I'm getting into fat burning. Could be that's why I'm not losing any weight with all the workouts I've been doing.

                          I've been sticking with slim in 6 for two weeks, and I know that's too soon to see my measurements go down, but the scale hasn't changed either. Think I could be doing something wrong?

                              WTG, Biogeek!!

                              I did Cathe's Kick, Punch and Crunch today. This is the first Cathe workout that I really like. I don't like complex step at all, and heavy weightlifting just has me asking why put that strain on my joints when I can get the shape I want with lighter weights?

                              But Kick, Punch and Crunch was great. It's like what Turbo Jam should be: Good music, gets your heart rate up and keeps it up, fun, and she teaches form and goes (almost) slowly enough that even this clutz could keep up with it. I'm sweating and exhausted. It was great. She still irritates the heck out of me with all her "do it agains!" though.
