Don't give up on Debbie. Like you said, it's only been two weeks into the program. When you start moving on to the even harder workouts, especially burn, you'll really start seeing & feeling a difference. Have a little faith in the devil pixie!
Lawyerchick, you know, I bought a heartrate monitor but have only used it once during my exercise bike routine. I have yet to use it on the exercise videos (the real reason why I wanted one). Thanks for the reminder that I do own one!
158 calories is better than nothing, plus it's now gone! Better than sitting on your tush!
