Okay, if you don't want cardio or videos, then you're basically looking at squats, lunges, plies, situps, and pushups - a boot camp style workout. Boring, IMO, but if you add music or watch TV it's okay. You can also do steps by climbing up and down the first stair of your staircase over and over again. All of these are extremely effective for the lower body.
