well I tried to count MY kind of exercise before and was told it did not count ..even though it is VERY aerobic and I try to get as much as humanly possible.....but I digress...
as if remodeling a house, and being an urgent care nurse is not "getting enough exercise"
I am going to try one ....
so what should I try? help me pick...but...NO VIDEOS!!! just one exercise one type ...let's start really small here
If you don't want to do videos (which are sooo much fun!), how about walking or bike riding? You can look at the scenery, listen to music, or if you want to kick it up, try cardio coach.
