      YA I agree.

      Hey shelly you are Putting me to shame HE HE. After my halfer I should be back to the Heavy weights YA BABY as for now I gotta keep it down I find I am more fatigued doing the heavy weights so I'll stay away and do light.

          Not lately at all SHelly you are Blowing me outta here HE HE. I guess my body is still recovering it takes a bit to get back in the groove of things. I am really gunna wanna get into the weights in well a little over 11 days that's for sure.

              I'm sure it'll take some time to build back up again, you were pretty sick...but you'll do it!

              Speaking of that, are you feeling okay now...any lingering tummy issues?

                      WOOHOOO you did it that's what's Important I went for a Bike ride and went Nuts running around with my kids to dance then to soccer then to the grocery stroe I had no rest today but, I did get my Bike ride in which was awesome. My legs are sore by the way from Pulling over 70 pounds ACK.

                        Starting Friday I am going to a REAL GYM! YAY! They have all the weights I'd ever need and MORE! Treadmills, bikes, you name it, and I can't wait!

                            50 SB Pushups
                            100 Crunches

                            Level 2 Workout: (DONE)
                            SHOULDERS/ABS

                            Front Raise (5 lb each hand x 20, 10, 8, 8r)
                            Abs (100 decline crunches)
                            Upright Rows (45 lbs x 4 sets of 8r)
                            Abs (50 olympic rope crunches)
                            Shoulder Press (10 lb each hand X 4 sets of 8r)

                                Here's my workout from yesterday

                                5/10/2006 - Lower Body and HIIT

                                Dumbell Squats - 12x3 at 10#
                                Leg Presses - 12x3 at 60#
                                Leg Extensions - 12x3 at 40#
                                Dumbell Lunges - 12x3 at 10#
                                Lying Leg Curls - 12x3 at 10#
                                Seated Calf Raises - 12x3 at 20#
                                Standing Calf Raises - 12x3 at 20#
                                Abs Crunches - 12x4

                                HIIT - not done...instead
                                1.5 hours painting the fence
                                2 hours yard work
