Ok, I did start it up this morning and I was a little winded. My legs are now on fire. I dont think I can master this in two days, do I go ahead and move on without being able to do start it up perfectly? Anyway, it was a good workout, I hate squats. LOL.

Sorry, sorry, I'm here and have been ramping it up.
I did it all last week and will do it again this week. The *** crampers, yowzers, but they really work. Since I started doing Si6 again, I've lost 3/4 inch off my waist, 1.5 on my hips, 1 on each thigh, and 1 on each arm. That pixie of pain really puts my body through it, but it's the only thing i've done that i have seen real results.
So I choose to embrace the pain, for the future goal of being hott!, lol, i know i'm nuts, eh what can you do.

You can hang out with Start It Up until you feel ready to move on. Ramp it Up is just more of the squats, lunges, etc. Then you get to the @ss crampers and really want to die! LOL.
You will be sore as heck tomorrow, but just go and push PLAY again! It will get better!!

Wondering where I can get the Si6 tapes? I have heard such wonderful positive
things about it. I am running 3 miles a day but it is getting so hot I would like
to start something in the cool house. How expensive is it to get all the tapes?
Can you get them in DVD form? What other equipment does the tapes require
you use? Thanks for the info.
You can get them at www.beachbody.com or check ebay, there is usually a bunch of them on Ebay.
You need weights, 3, 5 & 8s. And she uses resistance bands as well. Yes they come DVD form.

ok, day two of start it up is done... There realy should be a wheelchair required warning for after the workouts... MY legs are THROBBING!!! Anyway, pain is good, right? LOL. I am going to do one more day of start it up and then move on to ramp it up.. That is, if i can walk tommorrow.
Did Ramp it up last night and felt great afterwards. I couldn't sleep though cause of all the adrenaline rushing through my body. I stayed up until like 2 a.m. watching seinfeld and journaling.
I finally went to sleep and woke up feeling so refreshed this morning! Its gonna be a fantastic day, I can feel it!

Sarah you ordered Slim in 6!!! That is awesome! Welcome do the Slim in 6 video crowd, I love my tapes, I don't know what I would do without them. Honestly I feel like it is the only thing that has helped me to really shrink.

I ramped it up today. Back is still acting up again, but movement appears to be the best medicine.
