    Hey Guys the Start it up was Good I want to challenge myself well kill myslef actually gunna give BIU a try here today can't do the TM till later too many little ones today so I am gunna giver a whirl YUP I am sick ROFL.

      Well Barb, I ramped it up as best i could. Right now I am cursing the word squat and 8 more.. Man Debbie is brutal!! The sad thing is that she is smiling the whole time like she isnt even moving. I admit I didnt keep pace and make it all the way through without resting, but I still got one heck of a workout.. I can barely walk. I can honestly say that the workout is a pain in the @$$.. But, like Debbie says, "if it burns you know its working". So, its working real good!! I can hardly wait till tommorrow, hopefully I can keep up within a weeek.
      How was your workout, how long did it take you to get use to it? Thanks for the help and encouragement.

      Sarah, let us know how it goes with BIU, did you try ramp it up yet?

        Nope never tried RIU I wanna go to the advanced one and see if I can kill myself. This is How I am I have to try the Hard one first HA HA HA. See if I will die or not then go to the easier lol. YUP I am nuts but, hey it gives me results.

          OK! I did SI6 last summer. Well, I quit after 5 weeks because I was so peeved that I didnt get results (scales didnt move, inches only slightly). However, I didnt take pics. Maybe there were changes. By golly I am going to pull out my SI6 tapes and start them again.... this time, taking before pictures so i can really track my progress.

            I just wanna SAY OMG that was Killer. Everythis wasn't oo bad till started doing the floor stuff with the *** OUCH man my ARS is soooo sore I can feel my but just clenching. I did it though 58 minutes of BIU YAY ME!!

              I wonder... come to think of it.... I've been reading a lot about heart rates and fat burning... I wonder if maybe SI6 isnt too much for me because I know my heart rate gets way up there and stays up there. Apparently I am better off in the 60% zone to burn fat.. correct?? I am definitely higher than that throughout the program.... thoughts? I would really appreciate some input on this

                Sarah, you are a machine..LOL. Are you going to stay with BIU or go to RIU? I am staying with RIU for at least a week.

                  I dunno have to try RIU now the BIU was nastie on my ARS don't know if I could do that one 2 days in a row I would die. My But muscles are still tense ROFL!!!I stand up I feel evey little step in my BUT, my legs can handle it my ARS can't rofl

                    Hey Cranberry it depends on your Perseved effort like do you really feel like you are putting forth a huge effort??? SOme people have higher HR's naturally so jsut to do anything they are naturally in the higher range on the other hand if you are putting out too much effort for you body to handle it then you get major burn out and won't see results cause your body is in Shock and basically quits losing to conserve cause it's pused too hard make sence.

                    When you start I would say it's good to stay on the Midlinbe of your HR zone that way you aren't too overly exerted but, you are still getting a good workout. As you advance your body will become stronger and your hr will actually drop down adn you will ahve to work harder to get it up there, that's when you know you are ready to step it up to the next level.

                    There is some Bonus to having a Higher HR but you want to be careful with this the higher your HR the more calories you burn cause your body is having to work harder to move the blood through your body this is not a good thing if you feel like you could collapse at any moment or feel like it way too hard you never wanna do it ever again. Start slow build up you are more likely to stick with it. I hope that helps. HR monitors are awesome by the way!!

                                I was thinking about this thread last night.
                                I've been doing Tone It Up the last 2 days. ugh. Sore. I feel I get a better workout from Debbie than I do at that gym you guys!
