Heheheh I am like that too, when he says something like that I am like cursing him... but it is all worth it
For me tonite is Abs from the elite and Fat Blasting Cardio!
I am new to the board and to Taebo...This is my 3rd week seriously doing the workouts...I was so shocked that I could actually complete one of Billy Blanks workouts...I am currently using Taebo Cardio, Taebo Cardio LIVE, and Ultimate Basic Bootcamp. I just did basic bootcamp Saturday was able to finish...When I first started I could only complete about 10 minutes of the workout.
Share with me what your experience has been with Taebo? I haven't lost any weight yet and that's probably due to my poor diet...which I am going to change...Earlier this year I lost 30 lbs., by eating healthy and I used Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds 2, 4 miles, Walk and Kick, and Walk and Jog... I was doing great until family issues arose...Now I am trying to get back on track....
Glad to hear that you are exercising along with your new way of eating!! I absolutely love Tae bo just because it makes exercise fun and effective! I also do Tae Bo Cardio, and the whole original Bootcamp set (Basic, Abs, Ultimate, and Live!) and I'm expecting a few new ones in the mail soon! The cool thing about Tae Bo is it's kind of cardio and strength training wrapped in one. It's important to do the exercise correctly and squeeze when Billy says to squeeze! I've been doing his ab workout, and I am starting to see definition! It's very exciting.
Good luck!

I got my Tae Bo Total Body Fat Blaster and Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 2. I LOVE the Total Body Fat Blaster! It's fun and challenging all in one. Even the people in the video get worn out!
The Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 2 was fairly easy. I think I'll use it on days that I've done alot of other exercise or maybe a warm up before biking.
I plan on doing the Bootcamp Ab workout today! Maybe I'll do the Fat Blaster tonight...but I might be too tired.
Have a great day my Tae Bo Pals!!!

Hey all,
I have finally decided to excercise. After starting and re-starting because I didn't see any weight loss, but not willing to ditch the Atkins WOE, I finally discovered the problem. I need to work out. I have a history will Billy, I did him back when I was in college and Tae-bo first came out with a bang. Two of my friends and I would go to the lounge and do Tae-bo everynight. I lost 18.5 llbs in 3 weeks, then one of them got sick and we never did it again. That's why I'm not fond of working out in groups. One person can throw it all off, but the way that this is structured, I think will work. Ok then, I am going to get a new Billy tape today and get ready to start.
bye!
