      I finally got the live dvd yesterday! it has instruction, basic, advanced and 8 minute on it! I can't wait to add it to bootcamp.

        OMG! I watched the beginning of the Get Ripped dvd... it's advanced O.O
        anyway I'm gonna try 'cause it really looked amazing!
        If I'll be able to do it 3 times a week... I'm sure it will produce great results!

          Ok today I tried it and I died after 15 min :look
          how bad of me eh? But I'm totally hooked and tomorrow I'll do it again and see what I'll be able to do!

            Thanks!! I did Taebo on Saturday. It's still storming here in Florida. My total inches lost has went up to 11! Yeah!
            Start date: 02/20/08
            Start weight: 215 or around there somewhere(my biggest ever!!)

            I can do ALL things through CHRIST which strengthens me!!!

                It took me awhile to get all the way through Tae Bo Cardio also. But I tell ya, that workout really strengthens your legs. Once I got all the way through I no longer get tired out doing kicks in my other workouts! Take your time and concentrate on your form.

                Getting through the first 20 mins is an accomplishment in itself!!

                  I just ordered the Tae-Bo Collection!! \o/ I'm so excited actually!!!
                  anyone tried the ABS workout? does it work?
                  so far I'm doign around 20 min 3 times a week.... I'm getting better tho and I'm starting to have fun! I must be crazy!

                    I LOVE the ABs workout! I do it several times a week and have started to actually see definition (even though I still have a layer of fat). I like because the workout doesn't wear me out, but it is so focused on my abs that I can feel them changing. I can't rave enough about this one!

                        I added the Cardio workout as well, so I guess I'm done for the next 10 years!!
                        I'll have lots of choices

                        Any suggestion to buiild up a routine for 5 days a week?
                        I'll have:
                        - Abs and Glutes
                        - Tae-Bo Active
                        - Get Ripped (2002)
                        - TaeBo Energise
                        - Cardio
                        - Everybody Get Ripped (2003)

                            I always wonder what order is best too! I workout my abs every other day and then try to do some type of cardio on the other days. Although lately I've started doing some strength training for my upper and lower body too on days opposite to my abs.

                            Out of the ones you have I only have Abs and Glutes, Get Ripped and Cardio. Get Ripped is challanging for sure! I do the Cardio DVD with weights now, but when I first started I could only do like 15 mins at a time! You'll have to let me know if you like Active and Energize!

                            Sorry if I wasn't too much help! I just like talking about tae bo

                              I like talking about Tae Bo too!!! :lol
                              it's all very new to me! so I'm all jumping around and talking about it to everyone kind enough to listen
                              Anyway, today I did the Cardio one. I managed to do 30 min!! woohoo! of course I was awful and lousy and too slow
                              I'm still waiting for the dvds to arrive but I'll let you know what I think about it!
                              The collection was a good bargain! I paid just £12 for 4 dvds!
