Wednesday~
~30 min extra slow jog (1/2 downhill, 1/2 flat)
~walking intermission
~15 min slow/med job (flat)
~walk/jog cooldown
It's a beautiful fogless day in SF so I had no excuse to get out there! Despite dealing w/ stomach cramps for the fiirst 20 mins, it felt good & was a nice workout.
